      It Says FREE Shipping So Why Am I Being Charged Shipping?
You are being charged shipping for one of two reasons:
1. Your order total was less than $150.00
Orders of $1.00 – $49.99 are charged $10.00 for shipping
Orders of $50.00 – $74.99 are charged $15.00 for shipping.
Orders of $75.00 – $150.00 are charged $20.00 for shipping
2. Your cart contains an item which is considered “Oversize” by our shipping company and therefore extra handling charges apply.

In an effort to keep our pricing at the guaranteed lowest price, sometimes we find it necessary to charge shipping on oversized items.

If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, just return the item within 21 days from the date it was shipped for an exchange or refund. Please refer to our Return/Exchange policy below for procedures. (Sorry, but shipping and handling charges are not refundable.)

Return/Exchange Policy
The following steps will ensure a smooth return:
1. Fill out the Return Authorization Request Form. You will be e-mailed a return authorization number with instructions. Many times customers will be required to return items directly to the manufacturer for both Warranty OR Customer Satisfaction Purposes. We will provide information to facilitate this process and direct you with specific instructions on how and where to return merchandise.
2. Re-pack the items securely in the original box and/or packaging. Product MUST be un-installed, complete with all parts and paper inserts and in resalable condition.
3. Enclose a copy of the return authorization number and be certain to write the Return Authorization number on the Shipping Label.
4. Ship prepaid via USPS with Delivery Confirmation, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Please retain your tracking number.
5. Any product found to be non-defective is subject to a minimum restocking fee of 15%. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Damaged Goods
Inspect your shipment upon arrival. Note any damages on the carrier's paperwork. Report all shipping related damage immediately to Trucks-R-Us. Com Customer Service at 1-800-854-3785. Any damaged product must be reported to Trucks-R-Us.Com within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Retain the original packaging and labels.  Usually a damage claim must be processed through the shipping carrier.
Warranties & Defective
Trucks-R-Us honors each manufacturer's warranty. Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced as specified by the products manufacturer. Unless otherwise noted, merchandise can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the ship date. Please refer to our Return/Exchange policy above for procedures. Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling.

Cancellation Policy
Truck-R-Us.com's goal is to provide the fastest possible service to our Customers. In order to accomplish this goal, orders are processed shortly after they are received. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order. We recommend that all customers wishing to cancel an order do so by phone as quickly as possible during our customer service phone hours.

To cancel your order, please call us toll-free at 1-800-854-3785 between 9am to 6pm MST, M-F and 9am to 12pm MST on Saturday. You may email us your request to cancel an order, however we recommend that you call your cancellation request in.
If we were unable to cancel your order, you may fill out the Return Authorization Request Form.
